Dutch Antilles Express restart daily flights between Aruba and Curacao offering all jet service at affordable price
Willemstad October 20, 2011- Dutch Antilles Express (DAE) started flying again between Curaçao and Aruba offering jet only service. DAE, just one week after temporarily suspending her flights between Aruba and Curacao, restarted connecting the islands with two daily flights. Passengers now can enjoy flying between the two islands in the comfort of the Fokker 100 of DAE daily at convenient time. All seats on the plane are offered at Nafl.100,- (valid for one way and excluding taxes.)
Passengers are encouraged to visit www.flydae.com or call their travel agents (for more information or) to make their reservations. Customers in Curacao can also call the DAE call center at telephone 599 9 461 3009 open daily from 07.00 to 22.00 while customers in Aruba can call 297 588 1900 open daily from 07.00 to 20.00 for more information.
The management and personal of DAE thank the customers and suppliers of DAE for their loyalty and understanding during the brief period that flights to Aruba were suspended.

Temporary suspension of flights to Aruba and Bonaire
Dutch Antilles Express (DAE), as part of its restructuring process, will temporarily suspend her flights from Curacao to Aruba and Bonaire, as of Tuesday October 11, 2011. Services will be resumed within approximately 30 days.
All ticketed passengers will be provided with alternative transportation to their final destination, whether this is Aruba, Bonaire or Curacao. Additionally DAE will provide a voucher which will have a value equivalent to the value of the unused ticket purchased by the customer. This voucher can be used within a year of its issuance to purchase any ticket on DAE’s network.
Passengers may also opt to refund their unused tickets.
Currently DAE is doing all within her means to contact passengers flying to one of the above mentioned destinations. Passengers whom have not been contacted are requested to contact the DAE call center at telephone +599 9 461 3009 open daily from 07:00 to 22:00. Customers in Aruba can also call +297 588 1900 open daily from 07:00 to 20:00. Passengers in Bonaire can contact DAE at telephone 599 7 17 0808 open daily from 07:00 to 22:00.
DAE would like to make use of this opportunity and offer her sincere apologies for any inconvenience that may be caused due to the temporary suspension of her flights to and from Aruba and Bonaire.

Adapted opening hours Bonaire international airport
Please note certain DAE flights from and to Bonaire/Aruba have been canceled or modified as Bonaire International Flamingo Airport has adapted its opening hours due to renovation to its runway.
The following are the adapted opening hours effective from 13th of February up to and including 17th of July 2011.
- Monday closed from 17:05
- Tuesday closed from 19:45
- Wednesday closed from 17:05
- Thursday closed from 20:45
- Sunday closed from 17:05

Buy airline tickets for both carriers using Copa’s Panama and Copa Colombia’s Bogota HUB and DAE’s Curacao hub
Check in bags through the hubs from one destination to the other without having to pick them up and checking them in from one airline to the other
Make reservation on Copa flights at www.flydae.com or DAE flights using www.copaair.com when the passengers have to use both carriers on the same itinerary.
